WOW I cannot believe how long it has been since I have posted on here!! Last September I took a job promotion as a manager of a reception team of 3 at a Veterinary Clinic. It was new to me, and I was so happy to take on the challenge; however, my photography business suffered as a result because I did not have time to take pictures or even schedule shoots as I was putting all of my energy in my new position. I was also commuting 2 hours a day to and from work which was a struggle! About 5 weeks ago, I decided to take MY life back and do what makes me happy- spending time with my family (my boyfriend, our 3 dogs and 1 cat), doing photography, crafting, exercising, eating well, and being less stressed! It has been an amazing change, and I am so happy that I made that decision- as hard as it was. Of course, my job gave me a sense of purpose everyday, and that's what I was "supposed to be doing" according to society. But I am done doing what I am "supposed" to, now I am doing what's right for me, what makes my family better, what makes me better, what I want to be successful at. So, long story short (not really lol), I am back to photography, crafting and blogging! I have even created another blog- The Novice Crafty Girl- for all the crafting and DIYing I've been doing and plan to do in the future. Here are some pictures of my furry babies that I now get to spend much more time with :)
